Elaine Palmer was born on September 14, 1944 in Washington DC to Barry Palmer and Margaret Palmer. She transitioned from this life to life everlasting on Friday, June 13, 2025. She was the oldest of four children. Barry Larry and Gary Palmer. Elaine was educated in the District of Columbia public school system and graduated from Spingon High School. In 1963, John Queen married Elaine. From this union two children were born. Elaine was a very good mother to her two children. Bryan Queen and the late Terraine Queen. Elaine worked for the Government for 25 years as a registered nurse. Elaine was a very hard worker who very seldom took off from work. Elaine and the rest of her family grew up in Baptist Church. She was an outdoor type person who enjoy long walks and talking to people about the Lord.  Elaine leaves behind niece's nephews and aunts from the Queen side of the family as well as the Palmer side..
